Alison's Cleaning Service strives to deliver excellent cleaning care to your business and residence but if for some reason you aren't satisfied, let us know within 24hrs and we will arrange to return. Sorry, but no refunds.

We kindly ask for a 48 hours notice of cancelation or preferably the most notice you can provide once you know you will not be able to keep the appointment time. We are happy to accommodate you with a rescheduled appointment; however, that will be subject to availability.

Once you’ve made an appointment with Alison's Cleaning Service we have set the appointment time exclusively and respectively for you. If you cancel less than twenty-four (24) hours from your appointment time, we will reserve the option to charged 50% (half) the amount of your agreed rate for the canceled appointment.
